What are some good exercises to build muscle abs? How can i build good pec muscles?
I need good ABS, and good PECS. What should I eat? (or rather, not eat) What are some exercises? I want improvement. I'm not fat. I'm actually really small. I just want some muscles. I wanna be defined. Next time I take my shirt off at a pool party...yeahhhhhh
use my workout I created for myself, works great, builds muscle and gets u ripped at the same time. GL.
Do everything 10,10,8,6 reps.
Also pecs are on monday. GL
Monday- Cardio/Chest/Triceps/Abs
Tuesday- Back/Biceps
Wednesday- Cardio/Abs
Thursday- Shoulders/Traps
Friday- Cardio/Legs/Abs
Saturday/Sunday- Off!
Monday- (Run 10-15 mins.)
Chest; BB Bench Press, BB Incline, BB Decline, Flat Bench Flys, Close Grip BB Bench Press.
Triceps; Dips, Lying Barbell Triceps Extensions, Pulley Pushdowns.
Abs; Incline Abs with 25lbs Weight 12-15x3, Ab Machine 2x50
Tuesday-
Back; Latin Pulldowns, Barbell Bent Over Rows, One Arm Dumbbell Rows.
Lower Back; Stiff Leg Dead-lift, Hyper Extensions.
Biceps; Standing Barbell Curls, Hammer Curls, Incline Curls.
Wednesday- (Run 15-20 mins.)
Abs; Incline Abs with 25lbs plate 20x4/5, Bicycle 30-45sec.x2, Planks 1min x2,
Captain's Chair Leg Raises 15-20x3, Reverse Crunches on Incline Ab Machine 15-20x3.
Thursday-
Shoulders; Barbell Military Press, Dumbell Military Press, Lateral Raises,Bent Over Lateral Raises.
Traps; Barbell Shrugs, Dumbell Shrugs, Barbell Upright Rows
Friday- (Run 10-15 mins.)
Quads; Box Squats, Leg Presses, Hack Squats, Leg Extensions.
HamStrings; Lying Leg Curls, (1 or 2 Hamstring machines)
Calves; Seated Calf Raises, Donkey Calf Raises.
Abs; Incline Abs with 25lbs Weight 12-15x3, Ab Machine 2x50
Saturday/Sunday- REST!
