Can you exercise when you are wearing a lap-band?
I'm looking into getting lap-bands for my husband and I, (before you shun us, both our BMIs are WELL above 40.) and I was wondering, once you start to lose a bit more weight and feel less pain physically-wise working out, can you? Meaning, if you wanted to partake in an exercise program, would there be risks of too much moving causing the band to slip? Please let me know.
