Is Dance Dance Revolution good for exercise and cardio?
I usually do a Workout Video called Cardio Boot Camp with Kendall Hogan but it's getting pretty boring since I've been doing it for awhile. I have a few questions.
1. Is DDR good for exercise and cardio?
2. Is it possible to Lose Weight doing DDR?
3. How long should I play DDR each night to get the best results?

DDR is decent exercise. I'd say it is similar to jogging in terms of the workout.
You can lose weight as long as you eat healthy as well.
20-30 minutes a day is a good exercise routine, of course the longer the better.
