Eighth grade graduation dress/makeup?
Hi everyone,
In about a month and a half I'm going to have my eighth grade graduation, where everyone gets really dressed up, does the award ceremony, and then I'm going out to dinner with my friends. I've been looking for a graduation dress, but can't seem to find a good one, I was wondering if you guys could give me some links or good ideas of where to get a cute graduation dress. Makeup, hair, shoe, and accessory ideas are MUCH appreciated.
Additional Info:
•It will be really hot outside...
•Our dresses must be at least right above the knee, and two fingers wide straps. I can wear spaghetti straps or strapless, but i also have to wear a cardigan over it.
•I live in California...
•I have brown straight hair, 1 inch longer than my shoulders, layered with sidebangs.

This is one of my favorite dresses, and it fits the guidelines!
Make-up: Something cute but not over the top. Mascara, a little eyeliner, blush, and a lipgloss to make your lips really POP will be perfect 
Hair: Curl it then put it half up!
Curls with a black or blue headband
Side pony tail in curls
shoes: black flats or heels (depending on your height)
accessories: very simple black necklace. you don't really need too much jewelry!
