I am thinking of getting the P90X fitness system to loose weight and get in shape has anyone used it?
Have you used it? What kind of results did you get...if any? Would you recommend to your best friend or family members? Anything I should know before I get the system?
I have gone through the program, and continue to use it (on top of P90X plus, and additional cardio work like running). Just be prepared to work a lot in the first 3 months. The workouts take on average an hour and 15 minutes a day. After that, you will find your workouts can be shortened a bit, with the same results due to an increase in strength and stamina (my workouts now take slightly less than an hour a day, except for yoga days). The program, if followed, is terrific and will get you into very very good shape.
