how to use dumbbell to bulk up?
I'd like to bulk up my arms and shoulders. How can I do that using only a dumb bell (with adjustable weights)?
What weight and how many reps should I start with, and how many days a week? I am 5 ft 6 and 150 lbs.
www.bodybuilding.com has so many articles suggesting different programs using different equipments I don't know where to begin.... !
Heavy weights to point of exhaustion. winds up being less reps but thats how to bulk it
