Lifting Exercise
Ever since I added Weight Lifting to my exercise routine, my endurace has gone down. Is weight lifting bad?

While my legs do feel stronger when I run, my endurace has gone down hill. My Heart Rate is higher, and I can't last as long. I'm starting to wonder if weight lifting is bad for runners. What are your thoughts?

lift 2-3 days a week. condition yourself for running 2-3 times a week.

it has nothing to do with you lifting that your endurance is going down. it just means your not conditioning enough because your putting to much focus on lifting.
