Back pain...?

I am a student and therefore hunch over a desk and computer all day. On top of that I carry a backpack that weighs about 30+ pounds! Long story short, by the end of the day my back is killing me! I use some ice and heat, but it still hurts! Do you guys know of any stretches or any other things that would help my back? I don't have a ton of extra money for massage and chiropratics. I also have a too big of a curve in my spine, I used to got to chiropractor for that, but it's just too expensive. Thanks for the help!

#1 - get a rolling book bag. It has helped me tremendously.

#2 - lay on your back and pull your knees up to your chest. This will help stretch out the Lower Back and butt muscles.

#3 - sit on the floor with your legs spread out. Lean over like you are trying to touch your toes. Reach for each toe as well as in the middle between your feet.

#4 - do wind mill type exercises where you spread your legs while you're standing up. Then reach to touch your toes. This will help stretch out the muscles on you sides that connect to your back.

I have spine curvature and have actually injured my back several times. There have helped me a lot. Good luck, Rail
