One Exerciser
Should i do all exercises for one muscle group at once then the other muscle group after or mix it up?

For example if i do biceps and shoulders one day should i do all of my bicep exercises first and then do all my shoulder exercisers or should i mix them up such as one bicep exercises and one shoulder then repeat with other exercises?

you should train larger muscles first and end up with smaller muscles such as triceps
