any one use perfect ab strap?
I bought the perfect pullup with ab strap. The pull up works great and I can really feel the burn. However when I use the ab strap I am swinging and rocking.
Is that part of the Work Out? it makes it difficult concentrate on the actual work out it self
The perfect ab strap is ridiculous.
I got one just last month and i truly feel like doing crunches and sit-ups is such a better workout.
And you should really just concentrate on doing the pull ups, then perfect ab strap is you still choose to use it. When you do any aerobic work out like pull ups, push ups, and sit ups, you really want to do it just as if you were doing an aerobic exercise. You wouldn't run the 40, and do bicep curls at the same time would you?
