How do I talk with my supervisor about the problems I am having with him?

short version - my manager received a forwarded email from his boss from an annonymous source basically ratting people out for bad performance. This email also ratted out my manager for sleeping on the job and always shopping. My manager thinks I sent the email. And now is treating me like a piece of garbage. He completely ignores me, is telling other employees (my subordinates) that I sent this email, taking other employees out to breakfast to "talk" about the situation. But he says not two words to me. Not even "Good Morning". He also had everyone come in early today so that they can get some extra hours, but said nothing to me. I know it's childish, but it's hard to find such a good job here that I am willing to deal with it, but I would rather try and squash it. How do I approach the situation. I've already tried talking to him once, he shined me on. Should I go above his head to the big boss, or let it go?

He's really not being proffessional about it. But I would calmly walt up to him and ask "is something wrong?" or just bluntly tell him that he's running on just an assumption and that you never had anything to do with ratting him out, and it can all be water under the bridge...
Btu if he were a better employee, he wouldn't have been ratted out by anybody..
