Can one rep maximum bench presses be done inside a power rack without spotters?
Does the power rack serve this kind of purpose? Or is it better to do this with a Smith Machine?

If it is a power rack like I'm thinking of, with the safety bars, then I would say it is fine. Otherwise, you should always have a spot on the Bench Press.
