Power Lifting
What are good exercises for power-lifting?

I want to get stronger for my competitions but I want to keep my weight. So I don't want to lift with isolated exercises.

keep doing the basics: squat, deadlift, bench, press........but try to see what part of the movement is holding you back from adding more weight...
for instance, if you are deadlifting and find that you are slow off the floor and speed up near lock out you should deadlift off of a platform (defecit deadlift)...100 lb plates work great as a platform.
if you have the opposite problem, and are getting off the floor easy but can't lock out, set the pins in the Power Rack @ knee level, load up the bar up heavy and do deads off of them.

same principles will work for the other lifts too.
