How to start out Pole Dancing?
I want to start pole dancing... And when i say pole dancing, i don't mean like grinding up and down a pole... More like gymnastics and ballet.
I want to build up strength and stability.
I have a pole... But i need to do warm up exercises and im not really sure what kind of stretches and stuff to do, to warm up the muscles used to hold my weight on the pole.
Is anyone a pole dancer who can help me out... Or know any websites that might help, that's free.

You need Upper Body strength and core strength. I do it for fun, but I am a classically trained dancer and take 30+ hours of classes a week. I was able to do it right away. I suggest you take some classes. They will prep you right, unless you want to take years of ballet training lol.
I am guessing you are thinking more along these lines then a sexy strip on the pole.
