How to become more flexible?
So i took a flexibility test in school the other day and the lowest number for being in the "healthy zone" was 12 and I only got 10!
My legs are super long compared to my torso. (I've been told by many)I am also a distance runner. So i "used" to stretch regularly but not anymore because i didn't do winter track.
So any ideal stretches for stretching out everything to become more flexible or maybe an ideal guideline for someone who is not very flexible and is pretty busy during the week.

If you take about half an hour to 1 hour three time a week instead of watching TV to stretch you'll be find. if you sit on your but and reach for your toes your legs should become more flexible and also standing up and then try to reach you toes is a great way to become more flexible but take it one step at a time your not not going to be flexible on the first week usually you will feel some type of change in distance you can reach for and if you keep at it in no time if your not completely flexible u will see some major changes and what ur body can do.
