Would a weight body vest and weight wrist bands be any bad? or good?
Well im planning on getting a weight body vest and weight wrist bands, but will they have any downsides? if so name them please. Also will weight wristbands help me in any way?
Sure they'll help. Wearing them while you Work Out or even just walk around will work you muscles harder than not wearing them. Atheletes use them to get more out of their workouts without having to work out for quite as long a period. Running a mile wearing Ankle Weights or a weight vest would be like running maybe three or four miles without any weights. Plus, they are attached to your body so you can't hurt yourself by accidently dropping them like you can with free weights. The only negative I can think of with the weight vest is that it might be hot to wear in the summer.
