What kind of effect will wearing ankle/wrist weights make?
Unless you count chasing my almost one year old, I do not have much time for exercise. I was wondering if it would help, or hurt, to wear ankle and wrist weights for part/most of the day, just to add a little bit to the running around like a chicken with my head cut off I usually do. Or is there anything else that does not take terribly long I can try? Even taking 30+ minute walks with my son every day hasn't had much effect at all.
